Absolutely. Indoor climbing is one of the safest adventure sports when done with proper equipment and trained instructors. We provide all safety gear and thorough briefings before every session.

No prior fitness required. Climbing is technique-driven — good footwork and body positioning matter more than pure strength. You'll build fitness as you climb.
