Avinash Kumar has been a yogasana practitioner for past 15 years, with 7 years of teaching experience while working in countries like Vietnam, Hong Kong, and India. For the past few years he has been passionate about a Movement practice, along side which he discovered his teacher Ido Portal.
Cyrus Khan is a scientist that escaped from the lab and is now turning that lens onto movement. A parkour practitioner for over a decade, he is also one of the founders of Mumbai Parkour and the Movement Academy.
